Receive Text UpdatesI have many signature dishes but my personal favorite has to be my Ruben Sandwich. Seafood is my main specialty being from Maine, think everything from fresh lobster rolls to crab melts and even New England style seafood chowder!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Anyone I can learn from is an inspiration for me, I’m always looking for new ideas!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a food truck and grow into a full fledged restaurant and continue to grow until it’s time for me to retire.
