He proves that simple that simple ingredients, when treated with skill and respect, can become extraordinary dishes. His focus on discipline and excellence inspires me to keep improving and to deliver my best on every plate.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd invest in my culinary career while also using part of the prize to support my family and create more opportunities for our future.
