Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my Mother. Watching her cook when I was young. This did it for me. She wanted me to stay in my books and get an education, but she wanted me to always watch her cook. I took good mental notes and relied on the spices, smells and of course the tastes of the dishes. My Mother also believed in making sure that the family was fed and being hospitable to anyone who comes into your home. You had to know how to cook in order to entertain company.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would remodel my kitchen. I would like a double oven.
