Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Q who owns the soul food lounge on the west side of Chicago he specializes in soul food but turns it up scale cuisine people from all over come to book a reservation at his restaurant and they love it and it inspired me to keep pushing myself to try new things and knowing I can do anything and achieve it
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25,000 to start up my business I been wanting to get a brick and mortar for a long time and I know having this money would be a blessing
