Honestly, everything I make is my signature dish. I love creating the most tender, juiciest chicken, as well as the most mouthwatering, mouth dissolving shrimp. I love jumping outside the normal comfort zone with the different sauces I create.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up, we had ginormous gardens at home and at my grandparents houses. We made most meals from scratch. From snapping peas to snapping stocks of rhubarb for pie. It’s amazing what you can create when you put your taste buds & mind to it!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would find a way for more people to taste my creations, as well as find a way to help raise money to help me with my mother, with dementia. No one prepares you for stuff like this. Food Can Connect All of Us!
