Who is your culinary inspiration?Hands down my dad and his friends I grew up around. In my opinion my dad is the most talented chef I have came in contact with and my go to for any questions I have.Growing up in kitchens with him has been the best experience I have had in my career along with everything I learned in our at home kitchen with my nana. She is a jack of all trades in a creative way that is beautiful and full of love.
What would you do with the $25,000?Help my parents with my cousin they just recently are raising (my mom is a saint when it comes to helping families and has done it her entire life),donate to women’s shelters and put something down to start my own restaurant that could in turn give back to the community in some way.
