My signature dish is, my famous collard greens and cabbage. Which is a mixture of both sides together. In addition my southern seasonings added. This side option has became my best seller to accommodate my southern golden fried chicken.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother is my inspiration. She is the woman who raised me and taught me everything that I know. Her creativity, drive, hospitality and southern charm. Is why I named my restaurant Allien’s Soulfood Eatery.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000. It will aid towards opening a new building. To accommodate more options and to better serve the growing list of customers.
