Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother is my inspiration. She is the woman who raised me and taught me everything that I know. Her creativity, drive, hospitality and southern charm. Is why I named my restaurant Allien’s Soulfood Eatery.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000. It will aid towards opening a new building. To accommodate more options and to better serve the growing list of customers.
