Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration has been my grandmothers. Watching them slave over the stove to cook for the whole family bringing wholesome food to everyone at the table. They inspired me to want to bring that happiness to people through the power of food just like them.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use that $25,000 to open up my Food Truck and start building Portigie Jorge’s to make Portuguese food mainstream like a Mac Donald’s or a Wendy’s bringing Portuguese culture and making known all throughout the world.
