Receive Text UpdatesMy Signature dish would be Chicken Piccatta. A dish i learned to make at The Chase Restaurant in Santa Barbara as a teen. I grew up running around the restaurant with my mom as a waitress there.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would be my mom. I learned at a very young age my love of cooking from my mom's meals from scratch. My mom raised us alone and she made everything from scratch.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start my dry rub seasoning company. And donate $5000, to a local facility that treats mental health of teen girls whom were previously sex trafficked.
