Who is your culinary inspiration?Cory Oppold. He was chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, where I graduated from a few years ago. Actually, the whole staff molded my love for the craft. Chef Lonny Ransom, I have not forgot about you my man.
What would you do with the $25,000?Cookware, gadgets, computer and a laptop. I can handle it from there. I want to write a cookbook. Mainly for my family and friends.
