Beef cachatore stuffed shells. Even though this is VERY American / Italian I still made this dish for a group of Italians in Turino, Italy 🇮🇹. They loved it and said that my style was southern Italian. I also made a video while I was cooking.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Mario Batali, Alton Brown, Mom and Grandma.
What would you do with the $25,000?I really need a deck oven to expand my horizons. I make pastas and would like to dive deep into Pizzas and breads. I mean, really do it it right.
