What is your signature dish?

My signature is transformation itself — taking cult classics and giving them new plant-based life. From Puerto Rican & Caribbean staples to Asian-inspired dishes, decadent focaccias and a legendary tiramisu cheesecake, every plate proves vegan food can be indulgent, flavorful & satisfying, without leaving you stuffed. Plants, reimagined.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My greatest inspirations start at home, my mom and Gigi, who taught me that wholesome ingredients and love are the foundation of every great meal. Reconnecting with my roots and ancestors continues to shape my cooking deeply. Beyond family, Anthony Bourdain inspired me to see food as culture and adventure. Carla Hall and Alex Guarnaschelli bring a fun, bright energy I relate to. And Gordon Ramsay's creative and business mind is something I truly admire. Food is my heritage, my story, and my art.

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25K would launch my food LLC, secure licenses & finally sell the creations everyone asks about. Between co-running our marketing agency, time & money have slowed things down. This expedites it. The vision: a lite bite matcha café with Puerto Rican soul in NY/CT & PR. Homemade matcha syrups, breakfast baked goods & rotating savory vegan specials.
