What is your signature dish?

Seafood burgers made up of lobster, shrimp and crab topped with arugula, onion straws along with an old bay roux cheese sauce served with homemade potato chips.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

If I had to choose one I would have to say Carla Hall, Chef Pencil and Michael Caines.

What would you do with the $25,000?

To build a mobile restaurant and bar.
