Receive Text UpdatesI actually had to ask my daughters for that answer! The holidays are very special at our house and these are my/ their favorites… liver pate, prime rib on the big green egg, pork belly/sidepork and lobster bisque! All have a special place on my table.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have two favs… Steve Raichlen for his outdoor grilling and barbecue prowess, and Bobby Fley for his use of sweet and heat!
What would you do with the $25,000?My outdoor kitchen is going on 20 years old. I would use the money to upgrade my outdoor kitchen and tiki bar combo!
