Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest inspiration came from my aunt who showed me the basics of cooking. I started in the kitchen as a dishwasher. Moved from breakfast, to lunch, than dinner. To date I am an executive chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?As a person who started cooking at the age of 19, I will Invest a portion in the future of younger people who have a desire and passion for making people happy with food.
