Receive Text UpdatesThe party favorite and signature dish I would say is flautas aka taquitos with all the fix ins of course! There’s the fresh guacamole, salsa picante, pico de gallo and a HUGE dollop of crema!
Who is your culinary inspiration?That’s a tough question. There are so many amazing chefs to choose from. I’ve followed celebrity chefs just as much local chefs in my community. So maybe celebrity chef I would say Alex Guarnaschelli, local chef I would Lety, the owner and chef of Chilangos in Lititz, PA.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I’m getting me a little food truck. Food really is my passion and it’s on my mind everyday. I make new recipes all the time. My family and my neighbors are my testers most of the time. Sometimes I even feed my partners coworkers lol maybe that’s an overshare but I don’t know lol thank you for considering me!
