Tough one... I tend to show up to parties and gatherings with something! That's the way I was raised. So everyone always tells me they love "this" or "that" that they tried from something I offered up. A friend recently had a baby & when I found out I made them Philly cheesesteaks and brought fresh brioche rolls. They haven't ever stopped talking about it. Who is your culinary inspiration?My Italian mother, My Italian Grandfather, My Croatian Grandmother and family, and food I get to experience when I travel. I learn a lot from trying food and trying to figure out what a chef used for the flavor. I wouldn't say I watch chef's on TV. I have... but not regularly. There are some great people I like to check out on Instagram @chefkla @chefeggplantt tons pop up on my feed and I don't necessarily clock their handle. What would you do with the $25,000?I am renovating a building ( since Aug 2023) I completely gutted the entire building (took out 18 walls) & I've been the contractor, the designer, & the project manager. I am turning what was an accounting firm since 1975- into a modern upscale Tiki Tavern with Light Nosh, Soup ,Salad, Sandwich, Daily Specials, Cocktails, Mocktails, Tiki Drinks, & Body Tonics! I've carried many jobs to fund this & I am so close to the finish line, I can taste it! The $$ would boost my menu &
