Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is my culture from all over Louisiana. Louisiana its self is a mix of flavor and cooking concepts from all over the world. I try to blend them all into a style of my very own, from taste and techniques to the visual concepts of food. My take is food is as simple as a morning biscuit and coffee to the feast at your wedding. No matter how big or small it's still and experience, it's something to share, and I want to make it special everyone.
What would you do with the $25,000?I believe in helping others get into cooking, yeah I would love the chance to run my own restaurant. But seeing other get a chance to compete, learn, grow, and share knowledge. I am not perfect but I love to share my style of my craft with anyone willing to learn.
