Who is your culinary inspiration?My father loved to cook and taught me the basics at an early age. Unfortunately he died from cancer when he was only 49. He couldn’t grill, makes boneless skinless chicken breast in a wok, took us to eat at restaurants we at middle eastern food, turtle soup in Detroit, Chinese food among many others.
What would you do with the $25,000?Set up a culinary school scholarship for teens in lower income areas that do not have the same advantages as those with more money.
