Who is your culinary inspiration?Brian Voltaggio and Aaron Franklin. Smoked meats and BBQ is how i started but have evolved watching the likes of Brian, Chef Mularkey etc.
What would you do with the $25,000?Use it to invest in a food truck. We have had brick and mortar and know the difficulty that brings in todays environment.
