Who is your culinary inspiration?Many chefs have inspired me but Charlie Trotter would be among my favorites. Obviously Daniel Humm of EMP is an incredible talent. I rip off their plates and presentation as often as I can. Gordon Ramsey would be the other chef I refer too. I try not to be an idiot sandwich but it happens
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it towards a small restaurant. I have a concept that combines the many skills chefs need today. We are no longer just cooks, I view chefs as the vanguard of culture
