Who is your culinary inspiration?My late mother Tina is my culinary inspiration, she was a traditional Italian cook who took the little we had and made magic. From her I learned the extra love is what makes a great dish. Making people happy with the joy of cooking was what she passed down to me.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to win 25k I would invest it into my food truck start up. My chef experience means I am bringing serious culinary skills to the food truck game. It's not just about throwing ingredients together. I can craft complex flavors and techniques that set our sandwiches apart from the competition. I am looking to elevate the food truck culture and industry.
