I cook a lot of plant based dishes and my signature dish is my Vegan St. Paul sandwich.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother who is a really great cook, my dad who is a chef, and my late grandmother who taught me how to cook at the age of 7 due to her having MS and not being able to walk.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would rent out a small kitchen to have a home base. Big enough to be able to host cooking classes for my community who want to learn how to cook and prepare plant based dishes ranging from full course meals, desserts, comfort food and more. I also have my eye on a food trailer I saw for sale!
