Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandfather who was from a family of Sicilian immigrants. He started cooking for his brothers and sisters when he was very young and taught me how to cook from a very young age.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate 20% of the proceeds to the wounded warrior project and utilize the remainder of funds to start a catering business with my sons.
