My favorite dish to make is sirloin steak with a garlic parmesan sauce on top served with rice and broccoli.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My father, he worked at a local restaurant for nearly 40 years before dying of cancer. He was passionate about what he did and how he did it. Cooking is a small way to honor him.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay my debt, try to find a way to honor my parents, and start a food truck serving soup and sandwiches. It would also be an honor to cook with Carla Hall!
