Who is your culinary inspiration?My Father was a chef and Restaurant owner for many years, and Martin Yan was my favorite to watch on TV as a child! Learned all my knife skills fron a TV chef with a clever!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give half to The Arc of the Bay which is a local charity organization that helps children with mental difficulties by teaching them life lessons such as cooking, basic chores, and skills we need to cope with life. The other half invests into my out of my house catering business, and could possibly put a down payment and 2 months rent into a permanent storefront!
