Receive Text UpdatesPizza I would have to say is my signature dish. I am great with making dough from scratch and executing flavors, as well as getting the right cook on them. I have a pallet for sauces and matching ingredients together.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is the life that I've lived and my family. Never having much but desperately wanting something great. When you only have a pantry with so many ingredients you learn to cook. Never forget being 9 and getting a ham feast because I was given the food stamps. And Mom was at work waiting tables.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I was to win $25,000, I would definitely invest in the food truck I've always dreamed of owning. I would help those that I could in the process.
