Who is your culinary inspiration?It is very difficult to narrow it down to one. Emeril made a big impression on me when I was getting started, Thomas Keller has been very influential as well, but outside of The big boys, I’d have to say my (late) father who pushes me to create at a very early age.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am currently unemployed. I am starting a private chef component in my catering business, but it is t coming close to being enough to take care of my family. I’m burning through my savings trying to kickstart this thing and $25K would be a life saver!
