Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother and my grandmother both women inspired the chef that I am today. Their dedication to providing great meals that family together gave me push I needed to want to give that feeling to the world.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the money I would have the equality needed to launch my own startup business. Over the years I have developed a few sauces and bbq rub that I would like to market and sell. Not to mention I have a catering company that could use the money to help market and buy new equipment for.
