What is your signature dish?

My signature dish would definitely be quiche of any kind. I love to incorporate all sorts of different local and innovative ingredients to make signature dishes for everyone to 😉 enjoy!

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Early influences would include Emeril, Paula Dean and Rebecca Rather from Fredericksburg. Ina, Alex, Bobby, Michael Simon, and of course Carla Hall.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love to start a new Bed and Breakfast here in the Texas Hill Country incorporating local sources including fruits and vegetables, and farm fresh meats and eggs.
