Who is your culinary inspiration?My husband...he went to culinary school and he is from North Carolina and was raised on amazing southern foods and seafood. I create meals here in the midwest that my husband enjoys and we have theme nights and my teenage girls have tied more ethnic foods than I ever had by the time I was married. My husband truly inspired me to try new foods and therefore he is my culinary inspiration.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a food truck to serve shrimp and grits, boiled peanuts, pecan praline cake, other southern eats.
