My signature dish would have to be my chicken enchiladas that I make for my family. I can't eat them but my family loves it when I make them they can eat the entire pan in one sitting.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration are my 4 daughters. My youngest especially because her goal is to own a Mexican restaurant here in Arkansas to show the true unique taste of Cali, meets NM, and introduced here in AR. I learned how to really cook after all 4 of them begged me not to make 'beef jerky' again lol
What would you do with the $25,000?I would be able to truly finance my salsa business and really get sales going and start with maybe a food truck for my youngest daughter. That is my dream that I hope to achieve one day.
