Receive Text UpdatesI would say that my signature dish would be any kind of pasta dish... Which could be made with a red or white sauce... I would have to say that baking cakes, pies and cookies are my strong strengths in cooking as well !
Who is your culinary inspiration?Definitely my early inspirations would be cooking with my grandma she taught me so much about the art, flavor and passion of cooking... Followed by my mom she is an excellent cook.... And I was also inspired by watching so many great Chefs on television like Emeril Lagasse, Carla Hall, Chef G.Garvin to name a few and many others... Seeing that others were living there dream it gave me the hope that I have the same gift and that anything is possible !
What would you do with the $25,000?There are so many things I would love to do like take a much needed vacation and pay off some bills and to bless some people I know needs help...Also I would bless a few people that have been by my side supporting me through many seasons... Yet my first thing on my agenda would be purchasing a food truck which has been a goal of mine to travel and showcase my food and brand around the world !
