Every dish that I make, but standing out is my love for African food, flame seasoned chicken with corn fufu, in Cameroon they call it fufu corn and Kati-kati. And for my vegans, steamed , Pistachio seed pudding with boiled yam. All my grilled food is accompanied by my signature jolloff Rice and a traditional Salad.
