Who is your culinary inspiration?Family origin. Family is from Trinidad, so cooking food is a must in the home. I prefer vegetarian dishes, but put anything in front of me and I will find a way to make it taste delicious. Cooking is a passion that sustains me which I love to share with others.
What would you do with the $25,000?Start my Restaurant. I know it won't cover all expenses but it would give me the head start towards a much needed restaurant in the community where I reside.
