I have many dishes I love to cook. It’s impossible to pick just one. I do enjoy making sushi and other Asian dishes though.
Who is your culinary inspiration?In a personal aspect my mother. She showed me how to cook and bake at a young age. In a professional sense Anthony Bourdain. He was raw and real and respectful about culture and cuisine.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to put towards learning more by traveling to places and learning where the cuisine came from. I would also save for a future business.
