Good food. I put my all I'm everything I do. I love old fashioned meals like meatloaf, collards, Mac and cheese and more. Also making those food in different versions and styles such as collard greens stuff with smoked turkey.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom. She inspired me thru all we been thru from both of us have kidney disease and a stroke,me kidney cancer. I learned it all from her. From soul food to healthy eating to opening my own food truck, it was all her. Before I lost her she told me baby Go back to school. And I did. Graduating for Restaurant and Hospitality Management with my daughter in 2025.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off some debt, build my business more, and finally buy me a house because I deserve it. I feel like I been fighting for my life the last couple of years and it's my time.
