My Signature Dish is so many different dishes that I create. I would have to say my Signature dish is my Crispy Fried Chicken wings, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Collard Greens, potato salad.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspirations are Carla Hall, Alex Guarnaschelli, Gordon Ramsey
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open up a Soul Food Restaurant because I want to show myself and everyone that you can do anything you put your mind too. I have been fighting for a restaurant. I would also be able to live my Grandmothers cooking Legacy before she passed away I promised her before she took her last breath that I will let the world know who she was and live her Legacy This is my second time here I’m never giving up Focus determination, Consistency, dedication, Hardwork. I will get my Restaurant.
