Who is your culinary inspiration?My wife is my culinary inspiration. She’s constantly finding wild new ideas and flavors for me to bring to life, pushing me to stay creative while keeping food fun, comforting, and unforgettable.
What would you do with the $25,000?Having overcome addiction myself, I know what one opportunity can mean. I would use the $25,000 to launch a nonprofit culinary training program for youth transitioning out of foster care and juvenile hall. The program would teach cooking, hospitality, financial literacy, and life skills while providing paid work experience to help participants build independent futures.
