Cooking for me is about creating connection, and this dish has become a family favorite that turns an ordinary meal into a memorable experience.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration is my family, especially the generations of home cooks who taught me that food is an expression of love. I also admire chefs who focus on fresh ingredients, sustainability, and making healthy food delicious. Their creativity reminds me that great cooking doesn’t have to be complicated—it simply needs heart, intention, and respect for quality ingredients.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were fortunate enough to receive the $25,000, I would use it to create opportunities for people in my community to come together through food, education, and connection. Food has always been a way to bring people together, and I would love to host community meals, cooking demonstrations, and wellness-focused events that make healthy, nourishing food more accessible. A portion would also support local families and organizations in need.
