Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration began with my mother who made everything from scratch. I also had an amazing International Cuisine instructing Chef while in school. He was an outstanding mentor.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in a brick and mortar location for my catering business. It would allow me to utilize the space for higher production and finally be able to advertise more!
