Who is your culinary inspiration?Where to start…. Julia Child Emeril You, of course I have so many chefs that inspire me, I can’t just name one. I take a part of every Chef and include the combination into my own personal inspirational dishes.
What would you do with the $25,000?Buy a food truck! My goal is a Cajun style truck. Jambalaya, gator, beignets, my own personal shrimp beignets, and similar items. Also hurricanes (alcohol free).
