Layer an 8x8 casserole dish with eggplant, chopped garlic, prosciutto, 3 cheeses, American, provolone, mozzarella, repeat. .Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and golden on top for 30-35 mins

What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 towards the opening of the cafe that I want to open with my son, specializing in homemade pastries, baked goods, candies, and specialty teas and coffees, and more...
