Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from 3 important men in my life. First, my stepdad who opened a Cajun Café when I was a young girl; I’ll never forget him, stirring Gumbo with a massive wooden paddle. Then there’s my dad, a lifelong Cajun cook, who taught me the fundamentals of flavor. Finally, my godfather, he made the richest red gravy’s, especially with fresh crab. What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would immediately repair my bolt kit. My backyard it’s directly on Louisiana swamps, and the land is eroding rapidly into the water. If I don’t get this fixed sooner than later, I will literally lose my yard in my home. Winning this money would save my house, protect my property, and give me the peace of mind. It would truly be a life-changing blessing.
