Prawn polao. It's a main course dish that I learnt to cook from my father intially. Being a formulation enthusiast I reformulated this and now I cook it in my way. My family loves this dish a lot that I cook it to celebrate any of our achievements.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Mamun from Bangladesh. I learnt a lot from him. The crucial tiny secrets that he shares while cooking are everything that's required for a perfect dish.
What would you do with the $25,000?Though I'm from Pharma background academically, I'm a formulation enthusiast and I wish to establish a restaurant business of my own one day. I'd like to invest some of $25,000 for my business, donate some of it to a charitable organization and use the rest to go for pilgrimage with my family.
