Receive Text UpdatesSignature dish is hard to say I guess it's a toss up between chicken and dumplings, lasagna, and my chili. Those are the three main dishes that I get requested to make for several families. Lasagna and chilli are the two main requests though.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would have to say definitely Chef Gordon Ramsay. I try to learn from him everytime I watch one of his shows. Hells Kitchen, Next Level Chef, Gordon Ramsay's Secert Service, Kitchen Nightmares, Being Gordan Ramsay, Master Chef, and Food Star. I watch everything I can in order to be a better Chef and provide better food for people.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would finally be able to start my own family restaurant with home cooked meals here in my home town of Tillsonburg Ontario.
