Receive Text UpdatesI do not have a signature dish. I’m known for my ramen currently. My most prideful ramen is my Shiro shoyu Tori Paitan ramen. Chicken broth with classic ramen topping. Suvide chicken, bamboo shoots , scallions and sprouts. So many signature dishes from the past I can’t choose.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspirations were the old iron chefs from Japan in the 1990s. Morimoto , Nobu , Keiichi.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25k to start a restaurant or expand my current food truck business.
