What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I’d invest into growing my private chef and catering business by upgrading equipment, marketing, branding, and expanding my menu and event services. My goal is to build a strong foundation that will eventually lead to opening my own restaurant and becoming a celebrity chef on TV, inspired by the Food Network chefs I grew up watching like Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay.
