Who is your culinary inspiration?Anthony Bourdain, Alton Brown and Anne Burrell. Also my boss, Mirith Sinn. She has truely taken me under her wing and shown me her recipes and cooking methods. Anthony's world view, Alton's curiosity and Anne's spicy adventure influence me, both in culinary and as a person
What would you do with the $25,000?Help my family gain better self sufficiency, help my mother as she is a recent widow. Help my youngest child with his dreams of an art career... Update to this. My daughter's fiance was in a terrible wreck and is in Harborview with a broken back. Help them with bills.
