Receive Text UpdatesThe baby tortilla tacos. I have written about the baby tortilla and produced a video that I published in my VivaTexas.blog. I’m currently developing recipes including various egg scrambles, plus veggies and meats in an iron disc. Currently, I’m developing a chilitepin pepper sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration came from both my parents: my mother who was an excellent cook preparing vegetable, fruit and meats from the WGR, and my father who was an outdoorsman fishing in the Nieces River and hunting the native game including white-tailed deer, quail, and even rattle snake, plus more.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will enroll in culinary school and attend culinary events such as the Mesquite and cactus seminar in Laredo, Texas. Laredo located just south of the Texas Winter Garden Region.
